Immortal Freedom Tabletop Role Playing Game

Immortal Freedom is a TTRPG homebrew system of my own making, inspired by existing systems but with the hope it can provide a new experience. The game's setting is based within the same world as my graphic novel, and so the two are deeply tied when it comes to worldbuilding and characters. The main draw for the system is accessibility, a focus on narrative, and an optional card system for interactive play.

I am currently working on a third major version of the system, with the aim of solidifying and simplifying rules, improving wording, divorcing from source systems, increasing focus on card play, and preparing for commercial release. The current version of the system can be found here, along with a digital character sheet. My next steps in this project include:

• Finish drafting a full rulebook for the new version of the system
• Update the digital character sheet to reflect the updated system
• Revise existing adventure module to be bundled with the rulebook
• Perform playtests with the new version of the system
• Layout the rulebook for commercial release
• Commission or produce artwork for the rulebook
• Draft cards for the card portion of the system
• Make worldbuilding information available on Kanka.io
